Wondrous Stories is inspired by stories and storytelling. We all have a story to tell, and in the lead up to Wondrous Stories we want to hear as many stories of people across the city and region as possible.

Motionhouse is inviting you to share your story to help form a snapshot of life in the region as it moves into the global spotlight in the coming months. Stories will mark a moment in time as Birmingham and the West Midlands become the focus of international attention through the Commonwealth Games.

Wondrous Stories will open the Birmingham 2022 Festival with this spectacular brand-new production, completely free to attend. Ahead of opening night, Motionhouse is calling out to everyone across the city and the region to get involved. This is a great opportunity for people to share their own personal stories and a way for schools, community groups and families across the region to get involved in the show and the Birmingham 2022 Festival.
